the Equal Opportunities Committee and the Procedures Committee to consider varying the
remit of the Equal Opportunities Committee so that it is also responsible for considering
and reporting on matters relating to human rights and upon the observance in the
Parliament of the European Convention on Human Rights and other international agreements
relating to human rights binding on the Parliament.
