The following Petitions were lodged with the Parliament on 3 December 1999— PE37 Petition by Mr Cecil Ritchie calling for the Scottish Parliament to implement the Pass Plus scheme of additional driving tuition for novice drivers on a national scale.
PE38 Petition by Glen Oaks Tenant and Resident Association calling for the Scottish Parliament to request that Scottish Homes takes a number of steps in relation to the organisation and improvement of tenants' and residents' organisations. |
