Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Bill Amendments to be considered at Stage 2 of the Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Bill may be lodged until 5.30 pm on Friday 29 October (amendments submitted after 5.30 pm on that day may be considered by the Convener as ‘manuscript amendments’ under Rule 9.10.6).
Amendments to the Bill should be lodged with Sarah Davidson, Clerk to the Audit and Finance Committees, Room 1.6, Committee Chambers (ext.85205) or with the other clerks to those Committees. Members may find it helpful to discuss amendments to Part 1 (Public Finance and Resources ) with the Clerks to the Finance Committee (Callum Thomson, Room G.11, ext.85215 and Mark MacPherson, Room 1.4, ext.85230), and amendments to Part 2 (Accountability and Audit) and Part 3 (Supplementary) with the Clerks to the Audit Committee (Shelagh McKinlay, Room G.11, ext.85216 and Alastair Macfie, Room 2.7, ext.85225), though all of the Clerks will be able to assist with any amendments. |
