S3W-36260 Lewis Macdonald: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-35792 by Richard Lochhead on 9 September 2010, what external body will be responsible for carrying out a strategic review of Scottish grid infrastructure for marine energy to identify longer-term grid infrastructure upgrades on the basis of expected development locations.

S3W-36261 Jim Tolson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is considering or has considered the introduction of optional onboard restraints for bus passengers using wheelchairs or prams in order to improve safety.

S3W-36262 Jim Tolson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has undertaken research into the potential costs associated with introducing optional onboard restraints on buses for passengers using wheelchairs or prams and, if so, what the result was of this research.

S3W-36263 Jim Tolson: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of injuries sustained by passengers on buses was incurred as a result of a lack of available restraints in each of the last four years.

S3W-36264 Jim Tolson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has received representations regarding the introduction of optional onboard restraints on buses for passengers using wheelchairs or prams.

S3W-36266 Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people with asthma have a self-management plan, broken down by NHS board, and what information it has on how this compares with other parts of the United Kingdom.

S3W-36267 Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive what role self-management will play in the NHS Quality Strategy and whether condition-specific self-management plans will be promoted.

S3W-36268 Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive what the hospital (a) admission and (b) readmission rates are for people with asthma, broken down by NHS board.

S3W-36269 Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive whether (a) admission and (b) readmission rates for asthma have improved over the last 20 years and, if so, to what extent and whether the impact on these rates of quality improvement measures such as the Quality and Outcomes Framework can be measured.
