S2W-30359 Mr Jamie Stone: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to approve the use of the drug pleconaril and what the timescale is for any such approval.

S2W-30360 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-30020 by Tavish Scott on 4 December 2006, on what dates since 30 September 2005 the "various written and oral exchanges" between the Executive and Western Ferries on matters relating to the Gourock to Dunoon ferry service took place.

S2W-30361 Eleanor Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive how much it has contributed to the British Fluoridation Society towards its work promoting water fluoridation in each year since 1999.

S2W-30362 Eleanor Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to fund the British Fluoridation Society and, if so, by how much and when this amount was decided.

S2W-30363 Eleanor Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will divert any planned funding for the British Fluoridation Society to nursery and primary school projects teaching children to clean their teeth.

S2W-30364 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will provide a substantive answer to my question S2W-25316 which was due for answer on 5 May 2006.

S2W-30365 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive how many applications were received by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland for rectification of the Land Register of Scotland in each year from 1999-2000 to 2005-06 and how many of these applications were granted in each of those years.

S2W-30366 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive in how many cases the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland granted an indemnity in respect of loss under the terms of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 in each year from 1999-2000 to 2005-06 and what total value of indemnities was paid in each of those years.

S2W-30367 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive in how many cases since 1 April 2006 the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland has awarded indemnity for loss under the terms of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979; what the total value was of such indemnifications paid, and in how many cases a decision by the Keeper on a possible indemnity award is pending.

S2W-30368 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive how many applications for rectification of the Land Register of Scotland have been received by the Keeper of the Register of Scotland since 1 April 2006 and, of these, how many (a) have been granted and (b) are still awaiting determination.

S2W-30369 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive what the ministerial decision-making process was that resulted in the Executive deciding not to implement the recommendation in the report of the Working Group on Hate Crime that there should be a statutory aggravation for crimes motivated by malice or ill-will towards people based on their sexual orientation, transgender identity or disability, similar to that of sectarianism and racism.

S2W-30370 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will reconsider its decision not to implement the recommendation in the report of the Working Group on Hate Crime that there should be a statutory aggravation for crimes motivated by malice or ill-will towards people based on their sexual orientation, transgender identity or disability, similar to that of sectarianism and racism.

S2W-30371 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the NHS Dental Bursary Scheme is only available to students studying in Scotland and, if so, why this is the case.

S2W-30372 Ms Maureen Watt: To ask the Scottish Executive which ministers have met local authority representatives to discuss European structural funds in each year since 1999, broken down by local authority.

S2W-30373 Michael McMahon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-29623 by Mr Tom McCabe on 17 November 2006, from where in Scotland Eden Springs (UK) Ltd sources its water and what value this contributes to the economy.

S2W-30374 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive, in relation to the Suckler Cow Premium Scheme 2003, on what date it received the European Commission Agriculture Directorate General’s Guidance Note 6, on the application of article 36(1) - calculation of the number of animals eligible in the event that the foreseen split between cows and heifers is not respected.

S2W-30375 Eleanor Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive how much (a) public, (b) private and (c) charitable funding has been spent on medical and scientific research into (i) heart disease, (ii) cancer, (iii) stroke and (iv) dementia in Scotland and what information it has on such funding for the United Kingdom as a whole over the last five years.

S2W-30376 Eleanor Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive how much (a) public, (b) private and (c) charity money has been spent on health and social care research into (i) heart disease, (ii) cancer, (iii) stroke and (iv) dementia in Scotland and what information it has on such funding for the United Kingdom as a whole over the last five years.

S2W-30377 Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-4928 by Ms Wendy Alexander on 9 June 2000, whether it will publish a list of disposals of property or land at less than full market value which were (a) agreed and (b) refused since June 2000.

S2W-30378 Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects to issue regulations under section 11 of the Local Government in Scotland Act 2003 to amend the consent regime to allow local authorities to dispose of land for less than the best that can reasonably be obtained.
