S2W-15963 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what responsibility the European Union places on the Executive to ensure that there is a legislative framework for the diagnosis and treatment of any form of mental illness and what directives apply in this respect.

S2W-15964 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of state-registered nurse training is allocated to dealing with psychiatric illnesses.

S2W-15965 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive how many fully-trained psychiatric nurses there are in each NHS board area.

S2W-15966 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of the NHS budget has been allocated for the provision of mental health services in each year since 1999, broken down by NHS board.

S2W-15967 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what research will be undertaken by further and higher education institutions to develop appropriate procedures to implement the provisions of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.

S2W-15971 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-14552 by Mr Tom McCabe on 17 March 2005, what its estimate is of the amount of public funding required to finance PPP projects in each year from 2019-20 to 2034-35.

S2W-15972 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the capital cost was of each PPP project in each year since 1997.

S2W-15973 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive , further to the answer to question S2W-12471 by Mr Jim Wallace on 7 December 2004, what percentage of the workforce would have to be employed to meet its definition of “full employment”.

S2W-15974 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive what action has been taken to implement the recommendations of the Scottish Transplant Group’s report, An Organ Donation Strategy for Scotland.

S2W-15975 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it will take as a result of the responses received to its consultation on legislation relating to organ and tissue donation and transplantation.

S2W-15976 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding it has allocated to NHS Dumfries and Galloway, including funding allocated to the former primary care and acute services trusts, in each year since 1999.

S2W-15977 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are any plans for an overall review of government and accountability in the further education sector.

S2W-15978 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what its estimate was of the cost of the public local inquiry on the M74 Special Road (Fullarton Road to West of Kingston Bridge) Orders prior to the inquiry commencing.

S2W-15979 Mr Andrew Welsh: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has received, or made to the UK Government, regarding the impact of the introduction of the Gas Work Notification Scheme on the housing market and what studies the Executive has undertaken to determine the economic impact that the scheme will have on gas installation services and businesses in Scotland.

S2W-15980 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive what its estimate is of the reduction in CO 2 emissions as a result of the increased use of wind farm-generated energy.

S2W-15981 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there is sufficient capability in conventional power stations to provide energy in the event that wind farms are unable to produce energy.

S2W-15982 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive what its estimate is of the increased cost of bulk electricity when the target for renewable energy by wind power is realised.

S2W-15983 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive what the indirect subsidy is from (a) renewables obligation certificates, (b) climate change levy and (c) any other related government grant per kilowatt-hour to (i) onshore wind, (ii) offshore wind, (iii) coal-fired, (iv) gas-fired and (v) nuclear generation of energy.

S2W-15984 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many sheriffs there are and, of these, how many have participated in training of any kind within the last (a) 12 months, (b) 24 months, and (c) five years and how many have never participated in training since their appointment.

S2W-15985 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures it has introduced to target ecologically-sensitive areas with regard to organic farming.

S2W-15986 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures it has introduced to encourage exchanges of technical information between farmers with regard to organic farming.

S2W-15987 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures it has introduced to ensure that the Common Agricultural Policy assists in the development of organic farming.

S2W-15988 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures it has introduced to ensure the traceability and authenticity of organic farming products.
