S2W-6130 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress is being made in establishing a fully researched mediation service for the NHS; when the working group planning the implementation of this service will report, and when it expects the service to be fully operational.

S2W-6131 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive how many dentists finished their vocational training last year.

S2W-6132 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive how many dentists who finished their vocational training last year applied for an NHS list number in Scotland.

S2W-6133 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive how many approved salaried dentist posts there are.

S2W-6134 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive how many dentist posts are vacant.

S2W-6135 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many eviction orders were awarded in respect of (a) Scottish Borders Housing Association, (b) Glasgow Housing Association and (c) Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership during the second quarter of 2003 and, in each case, how many such orders resulted in an abandoned dwelling.

S2W-6136 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive what procedures there are to track those dentists who qualify in Scotland but do not apply for an NHS list number.

S2W-6137 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it would agree to speaking time during debates on Executive policy in the Chamber being allocated to the Executive as a single party rather than to the Labour and Liberal Democrat parties separately.

S2W-6138 Chris Ballance: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will commission a study into the additional costs of funding separate infrastructures for Catholic and non-denominational schools and whether it will make a ministerial statement on the matter.

S2W-6139 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive what assistance is available for dentists wishing to purchase an existing practice.

S2W-6140 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will extend the eligibility criteria for the access grant for dentists establishing new dental practices to include those purchasing existing practices.

S2W-6141 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will review the bonus scheme for directors and senior management at Scottish Water.

S2W-6142 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive how much it cost to replace traffic lights at the bridge at the Crawfordjohn Junction on the A76 between Kirkconnel and Sanquhar.

S2W-6143 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has made any assessment of the cost of replacing the bridge at the Crawfordjohn junction on the A76 between Kirkconnel and Sanquhar to allow a two-way flow of traffic and, if so, what the cost would be.

S2W-6144 Campbell Martin: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there is sufficient dental cover on the Isle of Arran to ensure that residents, including children, do not have to travel off the island to receive dental treatment and, if not, why such a situation has developed and what action is being taken to address it.

S2W-6145 Mr Jamie Stone: To ask the Scottish Executive why its announcement concerning the introduction of digital hearing aids uses terminology such as "clinical need" and "clinically effective option" when such terminology has not been used in similar announcements on digital hearing aids in the rest of the UK.

S2W-6146 Mike Rumbles: To ask the Scottish Executive what level of funding has been allocated (a) under the Carers' Strategy and (b) for home care services for older people in each of the last three years, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-6147 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will consult on proposed animal welfare legislation and when it anticipates introducing a Bill on the matter.

S2W-6148 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive how many fixed penalty notices have been issued by each local authority under the Dog Fouling (Scotland) Act 2003.

S2W-6149 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress is being made regarding establishing a charitable trust through which ex gratia compensation payments may be made to NHS patients inadvertently infected with hepatitis C.

S2W-6150 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive when it anticipates that compensation payments for NHS patients inadvertently infected with hepatitis C will commence.

S2W-6152 Campbell Martin: To ask the Scottish Executive how much public money was awarded to Border Biofuels Limited in respect of its proposal for an experimental biomass plant near Whiting Bay, Isle of Arran, broken down by the awarding public body, and what the outcome was of the planning application for the plant.

S2W-6153 Alex Fergusson: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking to protect the red squirrel.

S2W-6154 Alex Fergusson: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking to limit the activities of the American grey squirrel.

S2W-6155 Alex Fergusson: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with the relevant authorities in England and Wales in respect of the preservation of the red squirrel.

S2W-6156 Alex Fergusson: To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is in respect of reports that the greatest threat to the native red squirrel is the American grey squirrel.

S2W-6157 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-5655 by Mr Jim Wallace on 5 February 2004, whether it will publish the key findings from the study of inward investors that fall outwith the category of "commercially sensitive" information.

S2W-6158 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to introduce the Disabled Student Allowance for all disabled postgraduate students other than students funded by research councils.

S2W-6159 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Presiding Officer how many (a) MSPs and (b) staff have been issued with vouchers under the Parliament's childcare voucher scheme in each calendar year since the inception of the scheme and what the total cost was for each year.

S2W-6160 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many institutions offer teacher training in classics.

S2W-6161 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many classics teacher training places will be available in 2004-05.

S2W-6162 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there is a requirement for a minimum number of classics teacher training places to be offered each year.

S2W-6163 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive what research has been carried out by the Food Standards Agency into any links between trans fats or hydrogenated vegetable oils and coronary heart disease.

S2W-6164 Shona Robison: To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is on the scientific information highlighted by the Food and Drug Administration in the United States of America with regard to links between trans fats and hydrogenated vegetable oils and coronary heart disease.
