Members should be aware that this afternoon's Stage 3 Debate on the Mortgage Rights (Scotland) Bill may conclude earlier than the currently scheduled time of 5.00 pm. Should this prove to be the case, a Parliamentary Bureau motion without notice will be taken to seek the Parliament's approval to bring forward Decision Time.
