Motions which members wish to be considered for debate as members' business in the Parliament are marked with a hash symbol (#)

*S1M-1879 Mr Adam Ingram: Psychiatric Drugs and Prescription Charges-That the Parliament notes the inequality in the provision of free prescriptions for patients with a mental health illness and believes that the Scottish Executive should review the current system of charging for prescriptions and bring mental health patients in line with those with conditions such as diabetes and epilepsy by introducing free prescriptions for such patients.

*S1M-1878 Helen Eadie: OCLI International-That the Parliament notes with deep concern the loss of 160 jobs caused by the closure of OCLI International at Dalgety Bay in Dunfermline East constituency; urges OCLI to work together with those being made redundant to minimise the difficulties faced by them and their families, and calls upon the Scottish Executive to involve itself fully in the search for a positive resolution to their current plight.

*S1M-1877 Mr Brian Monteith: Support for Golf Caddying Vocational Qualification-That the Parliament congratulates St Andrews Links Trust and Elmwood College, Cupar on the launch of their Caddie Connect course which will help to raise standards and enhance the reputation of golf caddies through the provision of vocational courses in caddying both here and abroad via a distance learning course.

*S1M-1876# Mr Lloyd Quinan: Trade Relations-That the Parliament agrees to discontinue any association with companies, traders and organisations which hold investments or trade in countries currently in breach of United Nations resolutions; notes the plight of those being exploited by such parties, and resolves to lead by example in condemning such practices.

*S1M-1874# Fergus Ewing: A & E Facilities at Raigmore Hospital-That the Parliament recognises that the existing accident and emergency (A & E) facilities at Raigmore Hospital are wholly inadequate; notes that the application previously submitted for around £2.4 million of capital grant from the Scottish Executive was rejected but that a revised application has been submitted and has been said by the First Minister to be at an advanced stage of consideration; believes that the capacity of the A & E unit is limited and that it operates from cramped accommodation, and urges the Scottish Executive to grant this revised application and provide the improved facilities which the largest hospital in the Highlands and Islands deserves.

*S1M-1873 Ms Margo MacDonald: Sleep Scotland-That the Parliament congratulates Sleep Scotland on establishing the world's first comprehensive service offering support to families of special needs children with severe sleep problems; notes that independent evaluation has demonstrated the high value of this service, and encourages the Scottish Executive to work with local authorities to incorporate the sleep counselling service in the package of care which it offers such families.
