S1W-11418 Dorothy-Grace Elder: To ask the Scottish Executive how health boards inform patients in their area about specific drugs and treatments when health boards have rejected the advice of the Health Technology Board for Scotland regarding these drugs and treatments.

S1W-11440 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to encourage innovation and effective partnership working in the governance of our communities.

S1W-11441 Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will make legal aid available to people pursuing cases through employment tribunals and how much it will cost in the current financial year and each of the next 10 financial years to extend legal aid to this group.

S1W-11443 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the anti-influenza drug Relenza will be made available to high risk patients.

S1W-11444 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-9453 by Iain Gray on 18 September 2000, what the figures were for delayed discharges in each health board area for the quarter ending 30 June 2000.

S1W-11487 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has on a regular basis with the Chest, Heart and Stroke Association Scotland Ltd., what money will be made available to the NHSiS and voluntary organisations to ensure the fullest support for those with heart and stroke related conditions, and how any such funding will be allocated to health board areas.

S1W-11489 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what charges will be applied by police forces for conducting checks on voluntary organisation personnel under Part V of the Police Act 1997.

S1W-11490 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-5896 by Susan Deacon on 29 November 2000, how the £2 million of tobacco tax revenue to help more people quit smoking will be allocated to identify and support those on low income who wish to stop.

S1W-11491 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive how many households where the householder is a pensioner currently (a) have central heating and (b) do not have central heating and what criteria it uses to determine whether a household is a household where the householder is a pensioner.
