Scottish Forests Bill—Proposal for a Bill to transfer certain
rights, interests and functions of the Forestry Commission and the
Scottish Ministers to local authorities, planning authorities or other
local bodies in order to establish local management of Scottish forests,
particularly in relation to economic, social and environmental development;
and to establish a mechanism for co-ordination between local authorities.
