by the Secretary of State or the Scottish Ministers unless
he has, or they have, consulted the other authority or
authorities who made the scheme; and
(b) it
may not be varied or revoked by virtue of this paragraph
by any other authority without the consent of the other
authority or authorities who made the scheme.".>

Crops Trials Planning Permission Bill-Proposal for a Bill to amend
planning legislation to require the applicant for GM crop trials to
seek planning consent for that trial. (lodged 19 September 2000)

permission for genetically modified crops Bill-Proposal for a
Bill to provide that farming genetically modified crops instead of
non-genetically modified crops will be a material change of use under
planning legislation thus requiring local authority planning permission.
