Standards in Scotland's Schools etc. Bill - Stage 3

Stage 3 proceedings on the Standards in Scotland’s Schools etc. Bill will take place on Wednesday 7 June and the deadline for lodging amendments is 5.30 pm on Monday 5 June. Amendments for Stage 3 should be lodged with the clerks to the Education, Culture and Sport Committee, Gillian Baxendine (2.7 CC, tel 85204) and David McLaren (2.7 CC, tel 85214). Members are advised to lodge amendments in good time before the deadline and as early as possible during the day.

Education and Training (Scotland) Bill

Amendments to be considered at Stage 2 of the Education and Training (Scotland) Bill may now be lodged with Simon Watkins, Clerk to the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee (Room 2.7 Committee Chambers, extn. 85207), or David McLaren, Senior Assistant Clerk (Room 2.7, extn. 85214). Clerks should be consulted about the wording and admissibility of amendments. Members should refer to Rule 17.4 for instructions on how amendments may be lodged.
