Affirmative Instruments

The following instrument was laid in draft before the Parliament on 23 February 2000 for approval by resolution

The Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Forestry Commissioners) Order 2000

laid under section 115 and paras. 1 and 2 of Schedule 7 to the Scotland Act 1998

Note: the above Order was also laid before both Houses of Parliament

 

Negative Instruments

The following instrument was laid before the Parliament on 23 February 2000 and is subject to annulment

The Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Quota and Third Country Fishing Measures) (Scotland) Order 2000 (SSI 2000/34)

laid under section 30(2) of the Fisheries Act 1981
