Robin Harper: Proposed Organic Food and Farming Targets BillProposal
for a Bill to require the Scottish Executive (a) to establish targets for the proportion
of land that is certified organic, and for the proportion of food produced and marketed
that is similarly certified, by a specified date; and (b) to take steps to ensure those
